  5.  E-commerce Services

You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or any part of the SaaS services.
  7. We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the SaaS services, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be available or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally result in temporary unavailability. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, where possible.
